Entry must include a signed Fuling Kids International Parental Consent and Release (signed by both parents if applicable) and Photographer Consent and Release. Without these release forms, entries will not be considered.

Group shots must include a signed release for each child. Entries without a signature for each child will not be considered.

Photographs must include at least one child adopted from Fuling Social Welfare Institute. It is recommended that there be no more that four children in one photo.   One child or child with only siblings is best!  For group photos, please identify each child from left to right and remember that each child must have a signed release form (signed by both parents if applicable).

Only one photograph of a child (or group) may be submitted. If your child is included in a group photograph, please do not submit an individual photo as it will not be considered.

Please include only children in the photographs. Pictures with siblings are welcomed, but please do not send family portraits.

DO NOT submit photos of children with little or no clothing. Avoid dark backgrounds or many props. The committee has sole discretion over selection of photos for the calendar. In general, the quality of the picture is the key criteria in selecting photos for the calendar.

You will be notified by mail or email no later than November whether your entry has or has not been selected. The committee will try to use as many entries as possible for the calendar.

No last names or cities where children live will be published. No information about any child in the Calendar will be provided to anyone other than the child’s family.
